Vidalia Deep Dish
Vidalia Deep Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1 c. uncooked rice, 6 large vidalia onions, 1/2 c. butter and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook rice in water for 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
Peel and chop onions.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add onion and cook for 15 minutes stirring often.
Remove from heat; stir in rice and next 4 ingredients.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
