Venison Surprise
Ground venison browned with onion and folded with garden-style Ragu, sour cream and mozzarella under a flaky crescent-roll topping. A homey hunter's casserole with Italian leanings.

Brown ground venison and onion in skillet.
Drain.
Combine meat with Ragu sauce in large pot.
Cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
