Venison Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. venison steak, 1/4 c. grape jelly, 1/4 c. heinz 57 steak sauce, 2 c. water and 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine all ingredients except venison steak in a large bowl. Tenderize venison steak and place on foil in a shallow baking dish.
Pour mixture over steak and seal foil.
Bake for 2 hours in a preheated 350Β° oven.
