Venison Roast
Venison Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. roast and 1/2 envelope onion mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place roast on a large piece of heavy aluminum foil.
Sprinkle soup over roast.
Bring edges of foil together so that it is sealed tightly.
Place in shallow baking dish and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Thicken juice for gravy, if desired.
