Venison Parmesan
Venison Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with approximately 20 oz. venison (preferably tenderloins), 8 oz. speedie marinating sauce, 4 oz. italian dressing, italian bread crumbs and homemade spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Marinate meat in marinating sauce and Italian dressing overnight in bowl, turning periodically.
Bread meat in bread crumbs and flash fry in hot skillet, using a small amount of olive oil.
Layer fried meat in bottom of a medium size casserole dish. Cover with a layer of spaghetti sauce and cheese in between each layer of meat.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 5 people.
