Venison Jerky is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. lean venison, sliced thin, 1 tsp. liquid smoke, 1 onion, chopped, garlic powder and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix liquid smoke, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper in large enough bowl to soak meat in overnight.
Place in dehydrator or oven at 150Β° for 10 to 12 hours, or until desired dryness.
