Venison Dyson
Venison Dyson is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. venison, water, 1 red pepper or dash of red pepper, 1 c. onions and 4 slices bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook venison in water until tender.
Add salt and pepper. Cool. Cut into small pieces and put in shallow pan.
Cover with the stock that it was cooked in. Put onion, flour, wine and bacon strips on top.
Bake for about 2 hours in a slow oven.
