Venison Delight
Venison Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. venison, cut into strips, 1 large jar spaghetti sauce, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix flour, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic salt.
Coat venison with flour mixture.
In oil.
Place meat into a casserole.
