Venison Burger
Venison Burger is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground venison, 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage, 1 tbsp. dehydrated minced onion, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine meat with seasonings and mix well.
Add egg and condensed milk.
Add enough bread crumbs to make mixture hold together without being sticky or dry.
Season to your liking. Shape into 6 medium patties and broil, fry or charcoal grill as you would hamburgers.
Top with sliced cheese in the last minute of cooking, if you prefer.
Serve on toasted sesame buns with your favorite additions to round out a different and highly satisfying meal.
