Venetian Pasta Rolls
Venetian Pasta Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated and 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Crumble sausage in skillet.
Brown and drain.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Stir in 1/2 cup sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover each half of noodle with approximately 1/3 cup sausage mixture; roll up, starting at narrow end.
Place seam side down in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Spoon remaining sauce over noodles; top with Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
