Velvet Salad
Velvet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 30 marshmallows, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 c. cool whip and 3/4 c. salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir until dissolved lemon jello, 1 pint boiling water and marshmallows.
When cool, add pineapple (drained), Cool Whip, salad dressing and fluffy cream cheese.
Put all the mixture in a flat pan.
When set, pour cherry jello (cooled) over top.
