Veggie Weggies
Veggie Weggies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. hidden valley ranch mix and onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Finely chop all your favorite vegetables.
Lay crescent rolls flat on pan and bake as directed. Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Hidden Valley mix.
After rolls are cool, spread the cream cheese mixture over this, then sprinkle on your chopped vegetables.
Sprinkle with grated Colby and Monterey Jack cheese.
Cover and chill before serving (overnight is best).
