Veggie Squares
Veggie Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 2 circular crescent roll containers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese (room temperature), 3/4 pkg. dry hidden valley ranch dressing, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 to 1 c. combination chopped raw cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green onions, tomatoes, green pepper, sliced olives and grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Flatten dough on large cookie sheet with sides.
Pinch together any seams.
Bake crust 7 minutes at 375Β°; cool.
Mix together the cream cheese, dressing and mayonnaise.
Spread on top of baked dough.
Top with vegetable mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
