Veggie Pizza
Veggie Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans refrigerator croissants, 1 bottle ranch dressing, 1 c. each grated vegetable: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and scallion onions and 1 pkg. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Flatten croissants on cookie sheet.
Bake as directed.
Cool. Top with Ranch dressing.
Then top with veggies and cheese. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Slice and serve.
