Veggie Pizza
Veggie Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. crescent rolls from dairy case, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, 1 c. light miracle whip, 1 tbsp. or more horseradish and dash of cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Spread the 2 packages of crescent rolls on a large baking sheet to make crust.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, Miracle Whip, horseradish and pepper.
Spread on cooled crust.
Top with vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Keeps well.
It can be made a day ahead of time. (Doesn't take many veggies.)
