Veggie Pizza
Veggie Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crescent rolls (8 rolls each can), 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, grated cheddar cheese and 1 (4 oz.) pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Lay rolls out flat on cookie sheet.
Seal seams and bake per directions.
Mix cream cheese, mayo, dressing mix and onions.
Spread this mixture over top of rolls.
Then top with chopped veggies (press in slightly).
Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Cut in squares.
