Veggie Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium zucchini, sliced, 2 medium yellow squash, sliced, 1 large onion, sliced, 1 large green pepper, sliced and 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Microwave until tender the zucchini, squash, onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce over bread. Layer cooked vegetables.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese.
