Veggie Pizza
Veggie Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. pillsbury crescent roll dough, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese (fat-free), 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tbsp. horseradish* and 4 c. chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

First, separate sheets of crescent rolls into 4 rectangles; lay on a greased cookie sheet.
Press and seal seams.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 18 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and horseradish until smooth; spread mixture over entire baked crust.
Top with chopped raw vegetables (any substitutions will do).
Pieces should be small.
Top with grated cheese of your choice.
