Veggie Pizza
Veggie Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. crescent rolls, 1 pkg. cream cheese, 1 small sour cream, 1 c. cheddar cheese and veggies (cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, green pepper, radishes and mushrooms), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet, pressing all edges together.
Bake according to directions on package.
Let cool. Mix together softened cream cheese and sour cream.
Spread over crescent rolls.
Cut veggies up into bite size pieces and place on top of cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate.
Serves 12 to 15 people.
