Veggie Melts
Veggie Melts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shredded carrot, 3/4 c. shredded zucchini, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 2 green onions, finely chopped and 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, cheese, salt and salad dressing.
Mix thoroughly.
Place a rounded teaspoonful of vegetable mixture on each toast round.
Place on microwave-safe plate.
Microwave on High until cheese melts. Watch closely.
