Veggie Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 1 onion, 1 green and red pepper, 2 stalks celery and 1 zucchini, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry bacon strips; drain.
Put onion, peppers, celery, zucchini and tomatoes in grease and saute until tender.
Add tomato sauce, water, wiener, crumbled bacon and rice.
