Veggie Chili
Veggie Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 cans ro-tel, 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, 2 small cans tomato paste, 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning and 2 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop coarsely all vegetables and steam until just tender. Saute garlic and onions in sprayed skillet until clear.
Remove and brown all meat.
Place all ingredients into a covered roaster and stir.
(Crock-pots may also be used.) Roaster
Bake at 250Β° for 4 to 5 hours.
Crock-pot
Low, 8 to 10 hours.
