Veggie-Cheese Lasagna
Veggie-Cheese Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lasagna, cooked, 2 stalks celery, sliced, 1 small onion, sliced and quartered, 1 lb. frozen or fresh broccoli, steamed al dente and 1 (26 oz.) can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix soup with milk.
Add more milk if it is too thick.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam and put a thin layer of soup mixture in bottom.
Cover with a layer of noodles.
Then add a layer of broccoli, celery and onions; add 1 cup cheese, then a thin layer of soup, noodles, veggies, soup, salt, pepper and cheese.
Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
