Veggie Casserole
Veggie Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cans veg-all mixed vegetables, drained, 16 oz. sour cream, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 small onion, chopped fine and 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix veggies, sour cream, soup, onion and water chestnuts together. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Crush crackers and spread evenly over vegetable mixture.
Drizzle melted margarine or butter over crumbs.
Bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour at 375Β°.
