Veggie Bites
Veggie Bites is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls, 1 egg, beaten, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 (1 oz.) pkg. ranch original salad dressing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Unroll rolls; place in bottom of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, pinching edges together to seal.
Brush dough with beaten egg.
Bake at 375Β° for 11 to 13 minutes.
Cool completely. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; beat until well blended.
Spread mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheese and veggies.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch bites.
(Yields about 8 dozen.)
