Veggie Bars(Club Member: Terah) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crescent dinner rolls, 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 envelope ranch style salad dressing mix and 1 medium size sweet red pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Unroll crescent rolls. Place in lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan, pressing edges and perforations together to line bottom of pan. Bake 7 to 8 minutes until brown at 350Β°; cool. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix. Beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Combine peppers and remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours. Cut into squares.
Yields 8 dozen.
