Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. mayo, 1/2 envelope hidden valley ranch dressing mix and 1/2 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
