Veggie Bars
Veggie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. and 1 c. cottage cheese, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix and 1 c. each: chopped broccoli and cauliflower, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread rolls on jelly roll sheet (press seams together with fingers).
Bake 10 minutes at 400Β°.
Combine cheese, mayonnaise and dressing.
Spread on cooled rolls.
Combine chopped vegetables; sprinkle over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Cut up into small squares for serving.
