Veggie Bars
Veggie Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix, 2 pkg. crescent rolls (refrigerated) and assorted fresh vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Press crescent rolls into a 12 x 15-inch pan.
Press seams together.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing mix and spread over cooled crust.
Chop up any variety of fresh veggies - onion, green pepper, zucchini, carrot, tomato, mushroom, radish, etc.
Vegetables need to be grated or finely chopped.
Sprinkle veggies over cream cheese-covered crust and press in lightly.
Top with grated cheese if desired.
Cut into squares to serve.
