Veggie Bars
Veggie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 medium chopped red pepper, 1 medium chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. chopped broccoli, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Unroll crescent rolls and place in lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, pressing edges to line bottom of pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 7 to 8 minutes or until browned.
Cool. Combine cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch mix and beat until smooth.
Spread over crust. Combine vegetables and cheese and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours. Cut into 1 1/4-inch squares. Makes about 7 dozen.
