Veggie Bars
Veggie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crescent rolls, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. miracle wip, 1 pkg. dry hidden valley ranch dressing and 1 head cauliflower, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pat out rolls in a large cookie sheet pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes or slightly brown.
Mix cream cheese, Miracle Whip and Ranch dressing.
Chop all vegetables. Save a few to put on top. Mix vegetables with cream cheese mixture and spread on rolls. Sprinkle with remaining vegetables and grated cheese. Cut in bars. Refrigerate.
