Veggie Bars
Veggie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. and 1 c. cottage cheese, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix and 1 c. each: chopped broccoli and cauliflower, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Spread rolls on jelly roll sheet (press seams together with fingers).
Bake 10 minutes at 400Β°.
Combine cheese, mayonnaise and dressing.
Spread on cooled rolls.
Combine chopped vegetables; sprinkle over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Cut up into small squares for serving.
