Veggie Bars
Veggie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 count) pkg. crescent dinner rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 1 (1 oz.) pkg. hidden valley ranch seasoning, 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 bell pepper (green), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Chop peppers, mushrooms and broccoli; set aside.
Line a lightly greased 15 x 10-inch pan with rolls.
Pinch seams together.
Bake at 350Β° for 7 to 8 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning together and blend until smooth. Spread on rolls. Mix all veggies and cheese and sprinkle on cream cheese.
Cover and chill.
Cut in squares.
