Vegetarian Macaroni
Vegetarian Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 scant c. macaroni, uncooked, 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese, 1 tsp. basil, 1 tsp. oregano and 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 8-inch baking dish with PAM.
Layer macaroni in dish.
Spread cottage cheese over macaroni. Sprinkle on spices.

Spread on tomato paste.
