Vegetables Marinara
Vegetables Marinara is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked brown rice, 2 c. broccoli florets, 2 medium carrots, cut into strips, 1 medium zucchini, shredded and 1 c. green beans (french-cut), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Place rice in a 2-quart baking dish.
Cook vegetables until tender-crisp; drain. Spoon over rice. Top with marinara sauce. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 375Β°.
Combine cheeses. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes more to melt cheese.
