Vegetable Wreath
Vegetable Wreath is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 bunches parsley, 1 bunch broccoli, 1 head cauliflower, 1 green pepper and 2 carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cover 10 to 12-inch Styrofoam ring completely with foil. Attach parsley to floral picks.
Insert into ring, covering top and sides completely.
Cut broccoli, cauliflower and green pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Make curls of carrots and celery.
Cut radishes into roses.
Insert wooden toothpick into each vegetable.
Stick vegetables into ring.
Place ring on serving tray.
Place candle or bowl of dip in center of ring.
Yields 20 servings.
