Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained, 5 c. water (may add more as needed), 4 or 5 diced potatoes, 1 large diced onion and 1 medium can lima beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine ground beef, potatoes, onion and water.
Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Add canned vegetables, except for creamed corn; heat until hot.
Stir in creamed corn when ready to serve.
