Vegetable Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cubed steak or any leftover beef, 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 pkg. frozen soup vegetables, 1 small onion, chopped and 1/2 c. chopped ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown beef if not already cooked.
Add frozen vegetables and bring to a boil.
Lower heat; add remaining ingredients (except tomatoes).
Keep a check on the water content and add more as needed.
Cook until potatoes and vegetables are tender.
Add tomatoes; cook another 15 minutes.
Serve with cornbread.
