Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with shredded cabbage (about 1/2 head), 3 pkg. soup meat, 5 or 6 bones, 3 onions and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a large pot, put shredded cabbage, soup meat, bones, onions and celery.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with water and let simmer for 3 or 4 hours.
Then add potatoes, mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes and beef consomme.
Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
