Vegetable Saute
Vegetable Saute is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. to 1/4 c. olive oil (only enough to saute vegetables), 6 c. vegetables (yellow squash, zucchini, red pepper), 1 pkg. good seasons italian dressing and 1/4 c. red wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high.
Add vegetables. Cook-stir until tender-crisp.
Sprinkle salad dressing over vegetables.
Toss to coat.
Stir in vinegar.
Serve warm.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
