Vegetable Salad
Vegetable Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 can green beans, drained, 1 can shoe peg corn, drained, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 small jar pimento, chopped and 1 can french-style green beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine first 7 ingredient sin a 2-quart bowl.
Mix in a saucepan, the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, stirring well.
Turn off heat and allow to cool.
When cool, pour over the vegetables, mixing well.
Cover and set in refrigerator until cold.
This will keep a week to 10 days.
