Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can shoepeg corn, 1 can small green peas, 1 can french green beans, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1/4 oz. pimientos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain corn, peas and beans.
Then mix peppers, celery and pimientos with first mixture.
Bring to boil the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour over vegetables; mix well.
