Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained, 1 can kidney beans, 1 green pepper, chopped, 2 tbsp. flour and 3/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook mixed vegetables and drain well.
Drain beans and rinse. Mix all vegetables together.
Mix together sugar, flour and salt. Add vinegar, water and mustard.
Cook until thick and clear.
Pour over vegetables.
