Vegetable Salad
Vegetable Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with french-style green beans, lesueur peas, c. celery, diced, small onion, chopped and small jar pimentos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain all canned vegetables.
Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and let cool. Combine all vegetables in a covered bowl; pour cooled vinegar mixture over vegetables and stir well.
Chill several hours before serving. Will keep several days in refrigerator.
