Vegetable Salad
Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french green beans, 1 can green peas (lesueur), 1 can shoepeg corn, 2 oz. pimento, chopped and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain vegetables.
Mix with pimento, onion, pepper and celery. Mix other ingredients together.
Heat until boiling.
Can be microwaved.
Pour over vegetables. Stir well.
Let set overnight. Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator.
