Vegetable Quiche
Vegetable Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 c. shredded cheese, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 2 c. milk and 1 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven at 400°, lightly grease a 10-inch pie pan. Sprinkle broccoli, cheese and onion in pie plate.
Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs, salt and pepper in medium size bowl with electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake in a hot oven (400°) for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Refrigerate any remaining quiche.
