Vegetable Pizza
Vegetable Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans crescent rolls, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 pkg. ranch salad dressing and assortment of fresh vegetables, finely chopped (cauliflower, lettuce, broccoli, peppers, celery, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Lightly grease 11 x 15-inch baking sheet.
Unroll rolls and press together in pan to form a solid crust.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Mix softened cream cheese and salad dressing together.
Spread over crust and top with mixed vegetables.
Cut in squares to serve.
