Vegetable Pizza
Vegetable Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (8 count) crescent rolls, 1 envelope ranch dressing, 3/4 c. miracle whip or mayonnaise, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Roll crescent rolls out onto an 11 x 17-inch sheet pan.
Mash perforations together.
Bake according to the directions on the can.
Mix dressing, Miracle Whip, cream cheese and sour cream. Smooth on cooled crust.
Spread or sprinkle vegetables on top of cheese mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper and press vegetables into cheese mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Keep, covered and chill 3 to 4 hours.
Cut into squares.
