Vegetable Pie
Vegetable Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. or less mushrooms, 1 onion, 3 squash (tender), 1 bell pepper and 3 to 4 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute bell pepper, onion and squash.
Slice tomato and place on unbaked pie crust.
Add sauteed vegetables and mushrooms.
Mix cheese and mayonnaise and spread to top.
Bake at 350Β° approximately 1 hour.
If it gets brown on top before it's done, put foil, loose, on top and bake until done.
I use a little more cheese than this.
