Vegetable Pasta
Vegetable Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. olive oil, 2 cloves finely chopped garlic, 1/2 c. onion, 1 c. each: diced zucchini, yellow squash and mushrooms and 1 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute the garlic and onion in the olive oil.
Add the zucchini, yellow squash and mushrooms.
Add the basil and oregano. Before serving, add the noodles to the vegetables.
Stir-fry for a minute with vegetables.
Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese.
